1. General Provisions
1.1. The organizer of the “City of La Cuna” photography contest (hereinafter: “Contest”) is La Cuna website.
1.2. The Contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
1.3. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.
2. Purpose of the Contest
2.1. The purpose of the Contest is to promote the city of La Cuna through photographs taken by participants.
3. Participation Rules
3.1. To participate in the Contest, participants must take a photograph of the city of La Cuna, located on the Schindleria sim in Second Life.
3.2. Submissions can be made until the end of each month.
3.3. Submissions can be made in two ways:
- In Second Life, by contacting Suiyo Bathory, Joe Mighty or Zosia Gallivanter.
- By sending the photograph to the email address: contact@lacuna.town.
3.4. Each contestant may submit any number of works.
3.5. The competition is open to both La Cuna residents and guests visiting the city.
4. Jury and Evaluation of Works
4.1. The Contest Jury consists of three members: Suiyo Bathory, Joe Mighty and Zosia Gallivanter.
4.2. The Jury will evaluate the works based on creativity, technical quality, and adherence to the theme.
4.3. The Contest results will be announced by the 10th day of each month.
4.4. The competition runs from August 1, 2024, until further notice. Subsequent editions begin on the first day of each month and last until the last day of that month.
5. Prizes
5.1. The author of the best photograph will receive a free month of rent in the city of La Cuna located on the Schindleria sim.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. By participating in the Contest, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for purposes related to the Contest.
6.2 The contest participant grants the contest organizer the right to publish the submitted work both on the website http://lacuna.world, as well as on the La Cuna RP channel on Discord and in the game Second Life.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the provisions of the Rules at any time.
